What To Expect

Welcome to Christ Community Church

We are a community of all ages and professions with a wide variety of social and spiritual backgrounds. We average about 450 each week at our location on Bell Road in Lemont. The odds are you are not the only new person at Christ Community Church. Matter of fact, many people in our congregation have been here for two years or less.

If you are, spiritually-skeptical, curious about Christianity, or a committed follower of Jesus Christ, we make room for you where ever you are in your process.

At Christ Community Church we believe through the work of Jesus, God is restoring the peace of his creation and is renewing individuals, families, cities and cultures as people trust and follow Christ.

We invite you to join us as we "create opportunities for people meet Jesus, grow through the Spirit and share God's love" by:

Celebrating what God is doing

The primary way to celebrate at Christ Community Church is through Sunday Morning Worship. You can join us at 9:30 a.m. every Sunday morning.  Worship is a casual atmosphere so come as you are, all are welcome.

Connecting with others

The primary way to connect at Christ Community Church is through Living Room Groups and volunteer opportunities.

Contributing our talents and resources

The primary way to contribute is through your time, talents and treasures.

A great place to start is with the Inquirer's Class which meets after worship on Sundays.  For more information about our next Inquirer's Class, contact the church office via email or at 630-257-7770.

Cultivating our spiritual and emotional health

The primary way to cultivate is through participation and education opportunities during & after Sunday Morning Worship (September - May) for infants thru adults; as well as Wednesday Night Connect Night beginning at 5:45 p.m. (September - May) where we gather as a community to have dinner and enjoy the company of other Christians.
